Overview
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. You will work with mid-market and enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute paid media deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Directly support client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copy, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsKnowledge of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6SenseAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimizationAbility to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or similar tools to drive decisionsExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc., and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingProblem solver who is competitive and curious; continuously seeks industry growth opportunitiesExcellent multi-project organization and prioritization skillsCommitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients ~1 time per year or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Base salary range in the United States : $85,000 - $95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility. As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Some roles may be located in other countries where applicable.
