Overview
Join Abe as an Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US). Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, helping clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team, offering the opportunity to work on mid-market and enterprise accounts and to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar toolsStrong understanding of paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4, Excel or other analytics platformsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.; proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataProblem solving mindset : competitive, curious, and growth-orientedCommitment to staying on the cutting edge of the industryStrong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-focused with a sustainable approach to advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Remote-first company; work from anywhere in the US with optional Abe offices (Irvine, CA).
