The Sr. Marketing Professional (Demand Generation) is responsible for enhancing and executing marketing initiatives to promote ManpowerGroup and its associated brands. This individual will execute based off the strategic direction driven by marketing and brand leadership. Tasks will include asset creation direction and management, planning for marketing channels, delivery of internal and external communications, and development of campaign management. As a member of the ManpowerGroup North American Marketing team, this individual will be required to work closely with other marketing professionals, field stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable demand and sales growth.

- Design integrated communication and marketing activities with Brand Marketing Leadership.
- Produce a wide range of marketing communications.
- Produce and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and maintain collateral, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
- Execute a wide variety of details that involve campaign strategy, implementation, and tracking across multiple channels.
- Maintain open communication lines with all organizations, providing prompt answers to requests to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
- Write and maintain content for various channels as needed.
- Utilize project management systems for documenting and tracking activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns, using performance data to optimize future efforts.
