Salary

Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $71,000.00 / yr. Salary may vary based on skills and experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the daily operations of the ARTISAN apartment community in Chicago.
  • Inspire and lead your team, serve residents, and oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and exercise autonomy to make an impact daily.
  • Maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction; ensure excellent service.
  • Attend management meetings and submit required reports; represent ARTISAN professionally.
  • Conduct market research and recommend rental rates; manage vendor relationships and invoices.
  • Ensure lease files are accurate and office / model units are maintained in top condition.
  • Handle delinquencies, evictions, and related processes as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Property Manager experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years as a Leasing Consultant / Assistant Manager or 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Industry certifications (ARM, CAM, NALP, RPM) a plus.
  • AppFolio experience preferred.
