Senior Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling, registration, charge entry, billing, collections, coding, follow-up, payment posting, and credit balance resolution

Reconcile daily IDX system receivables reports and assist in reviewing and balancing transaction reports

Maintain accurate records of charges, payments, and third-party billing information

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems (IDX or similar)

No licensure or certifications required
