We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in processing and managing data with precision and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative environments and enjoys working with spreadsheets and donation-related tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into various systems to ensure records are current and reliable.
- Process incoming donations and maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Scan and organize documents to ensure they are securely stored and easily accessible.
- Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
- Verify the accuracy of information entered and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
- Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making and organizational needs.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with donation processing or related tasks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following organizational procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional qualifications are an advantage.
