Trenam Law is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. At Trenam, we value excellence, collaboration, and client-focused service. Our paralegals play an integral role in delivering exceptional support to our attorneys and clients across a wide range of complex litigation matters. This role is critical to supporting our attorneys and clients in all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and draft pleadings, including motions, notices, and subpoenas.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of trial, mediation, and hearing preparation.
• Organize and prepare comprehensive hearing and trial binders.
• Conduct background investigations and factual research to support case strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, clerks, opposing counsel, and co-counsel.
• Manage discovery processes, including organizing and preparing productions.
• Conduct legal research and cite checking as needed.
• Utilize case management and document review tools, including DISCO, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other key case events.
• Maintain and track time-sensitive deadlines and case milestones.
• Attend hearings and trials as required to assist attorneys.
• Must know how to record and bill time accurately.
