The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, specializing in bodily injury and premise liability cases. If you are a motivated paralegal ready to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic legal team, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, specializing in bodily injury, premise liability and / or general liability
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred
