Overview

SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (Data Services) in Fort Huachuca, AZ . The ideal candidate will have experience in Virtualization and Storage Administration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Storage and VMware virtualized environments on various hardware platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using GUI, command line, and Windows PowerShell.
• Collaborate with remote customers and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Track and resolve issues using Remedy ITSM and recommend corrective actions.
• Create documentation for resolving virtualization problems.
• Plan and document procedures for Data Services infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide on-call support after hours and during weekends as needed.
• Work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required.
• Review system development and project requests, coordinate schedules.
• Guide project managers and evaluate team performance.
• Prepare reports on system analysis and programming activities.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
