We are seeking a skilled System Administrator for a long-term contract role in Nashville, Tennessee. The position involves managing web development projects with a focus on accessibility compliance, ensuring adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and web accessibility standards. Collaboration with communication teams, IT staff, and stakeholders is essential to deliver user-friendly, compliant web solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee planning, development, and implementation of web projects to meet accessibility standards.
• Support the Web Administrator in managing Adobe Experience Manager environments, workflows, and configurations.
• Audit and monitor web pages and digital content for ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, addressing issues as needed.
• Act as liaison between communication teams, IT staff, and external stakeholders for project planning and governance.
• Provide training on accessibility compliance practices to internal teams.
• Track and report on project milestones, metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure accessible, user-centric online experiences.
• Stay updated on accessibility standards, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in managing rollout and integration of web components and pages.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
