Key Responsibilities

Shape and manage customer success stories and video case studies across various marketing materials
Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted communication and events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5 - 7 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in developing and executing customer advocacy programs
Experience managing customer reviews on platforms like G2 and Trustpilot
Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms like Deeto or Influitive
