Billing Coordinator
About the Firm :
- CFS is working with a prominent over 40 year old manufacturing company that also has a construction component to their business.
- They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their accounting team immediately
- This role will be reporting into the Controller and will be supported by their team
- The position will be in office full time in their Middlesex, NJ office
Responsibilities of the role include :
Review and prepare billingWork with the Project Managers in collecting data for the billing of their clientsPrepare summary of amounts earned, billed and collected to support final (retention) billingsFile duplicate copies of billings and lien releasesFile photocopies of checks receivedMaintain job billing filesRespond to inquiries regarding billingsQualifications of the Billing Coordinator should include :
Ideally 1+ years of relevant billing / AR experience at a construction or professional service firm with project billingBasic Excel skills required; experience with third party billing online systems is a major plus!Reliable, punctual individual who is motivated to learn more in the industry#INMAY2024
