Job Summary :

The Contract Specialist plays a key role in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures that contracts support organizational objectives, mitigate risks, and comply with applicable regulations, while serving as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and renewals in alignment with business and legal standards.
• Advise internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet operational and financial requirements.
• Maintain and manage a centralized contract repository with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Track key milestones and deliverables and proactively address potential issues.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness in contract management.
