Job Title : Order Management Analyst

Duration : 12 Months

Location : San Jose, CA - Remote

Pay Range : $60 - $70 / hour on W2

We are seeking an experienced Order Management expert to join our Revenue Accounting Team. In this role, you'll oversee daily order management processing and support our business growth through scaling order management operations and working collaboratively with our Sales, Support, and Billing Engineering teams for accurate and timely provisioning and billing. The ideal candidate is a team player with a solid understanding of the quote to cash cycle and experienced in order management.

Responsibilities :

• Provision access for executed contracts in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure billing is set up according to contract terms
• Work cross functionally to resolve any blockers to timely provisioning due to contract data or system processing issues
• Identify and partner with stakeholders to address any potential areas of improvements during the quote-to-cash cycle
• Assist with contract reviews related to order management data
• Document processes and update them when necessary
• Support testing of new product launches and new system processes as needed
• Support month end close and audit deliverables as needed
