Job Responsibilities :

• Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions / issues across a diverse book of credit investments.
• Oversee daily reconciliation processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close processes.
• Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex private transactions.
• Oversee daily / monthly reporting, assist in building better reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before delivery to clients.
• Coordinate responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries, ensuring timely follow-up and response back to clients.

Compensation :

Pay Rate : $65 – $75 / hr, DOE
