Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Dallas- Fort Worth, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing leads, managing accounts, and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus
