Accounts Payable Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for one of our large PBM clients. The requirements and day to day responsibilities of this role are below :

• Core understanding of the end-to-end tasks specific to accounts payable tasks and responsibilities.
• Apply knowledge of operational procedures and accounts payable processes to answer all types of accounts payable inquiries.
• Experience within a high-volume accounts payable team for invoice and payment processing. Review and process invoices with or without a purchase order and check requests accurately and timely. Processing invoices with a purchase order is required.
• Knowledge of standard accounts payable practices in order to process invoices and check requests with the company's policies and procedures.
• Process check and ACH payment processing weekly and ad hoc basis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complicated member and vendor account issues; communicate directly with third party vendors as required.
• Customer skills required to interact with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with SAP or proficiency in a similar A / P system.
• Concur Invoice experience helpful.
• Working within a shared email environment required.
• Detail oriented and the ability prioritize and understand the needs of the accounts payable department.
• Excel skills required.
• 3 plus years in high volume accounts payable team.
