We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Staff Accountant  to join our team. This role will primarily focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform  month-end close processes , including financial reporting and analysis.
• Process  journal entries  and maintain accurate  general ledger reconciliations .
• Compute and record entries related to  revenue accruals ,  deferred revenue ,  prepayments , and  allowance for bad debts .
• Reconcile and manage  revenue accounts , ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Record and manage transactions for  WIP (Work-in-Progress) ,  fixed assets , and calculate  depreciation schedules .
• Process payroll entries and  allocate health benefits .
• Conduct  daily bank reconciliations  and transactions.
• Complete periodic financial analyses supporting  month-end close activities .
• Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to provide support for  internal and external audits , including preparing requested documentation.
• Research accounting issues and document findings to support compliance and accuracy.
• Undertake special projects or other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
