Responsibilities
Establish and maintain OTA requirements for battery programs.
Write, maintain, and optimize ADA policies for assigned battery programs.Validate prototype policies in vehicles, ensuring connectivity and capability in development stages.Predictive Maintenance & OptimizationPerform data monitoring, analysis, and calibration / software optimization to enable predictive maintenance and prognostics.
Drive continuous improvements in battery health monitoring and lifecycle management.Build and manage dashboards in Databricks, Power BI, and Python for fleet data management.Generate insights from fleet-level battery performance data to inform design and service strategies.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with hardware, software, connectivity, and service teams to ensure robust OTA and diagnostic solutions.
Support technical reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the battery domain (automotive or related industries).Strong knowledge of battery systems, diagnostics, and lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with OTA systems and connectivity validation.Proficiency in data analytics tools (Databricks, Power BI, Python).Experience in predictive maintenance, calibration, and prognostics.Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.Knowledge of EV battery systems and high-voltage safety standards.Experience in cloud-based data platforms and fleet monitoring solutions.Familiarity with automotive development cycles and regulatory requirements.Candidate shall be ready to relocate to Michigan.
