We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate electrical and electronic systems for complex products. This role involves end-to-end ownership of system design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with hardware, firmware, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems for various industries.
- Conduct system-level analysis, simulation, and modeling to ensure design meets functional and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software teams to integrate electronics into complete system solutions.
- Develop and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and documentation for new and existing systems.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues across hardware, firmware, and integration layers.
- Support prototype builds, test plans, and production ramp-up activities.
- Evaluate and select components, sensors, and devices to optimize system performance, reliability, and cost.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.3–7+ years of experience in electrical / electronic system design, integration, or testing.Strong knowledge of analog / digital electronics, power electronics, sensors, and signal processing.Proficiency with simulation and design tools (MATLAB / Simulink, Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, etc.).Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication protocols (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.Preferred Experience :
