This is an opportunity to take the lead on electrical design for power systems at firm known for our electrical power expertise in all markets, involved in site / campus power systems, infrastructure, stand-by and emergency generation and substation design.   What You’ll Do :

• Conduct and provide oversight for Arc Flash studies of varying size and complexity, including short circuit and protective device coordination analyses using ETAP or EDSA / Paladin Design Base at our in-office setting.
• Design electrical power distribution systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities in compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and related standards.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports to support high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, clients and consultant project partners to ensure seamless coordination.
• Support projects by preparing model presentations, attending client meetings, and contributing to proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits for field observations and data collection, adapting to varying environmental conditions.

Minimum Requirements :

Ability to travel to Michigan project sites for field observations and meetings, and to perform on-site responsibilities that may involve varying lighting conditions and challenging environment   What We Offer :
