The Role : Join Sustainable Talent, working as an Executive Recruitment Coordinator. This role will support an automotive company, you'll deliver white-glove experiences to executive-level candidates, hiring executives, and HR leadership throughout the executive recruiting process. As a member of the Executive Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play an integral role in building trusted partnerships across the organization and serving as a strong brand representative of.

This role is a critical, centralized resource for recruiters, in serving as a resource for their candidates and clients. On a daily basis, you will interface with senior executive leaders, manage complex schedules and travel arrangements, orchestrate shifting priorities, develop collateral and decks for weekly status meetings and act as the trusted point of contact against the requirements your assigned to.

This role requires extremely strong organizational & communication skills, focused attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary liaison between executive recruiters, senior leaders, and candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process, including scheduling meetings, interviews, travel, and debriefs.
• Prepare and maintain search materials, reports, and accurate data within recruiting systems.
• Manage requisition setup, offer documentation, and candidate recognition efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
• Support event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting communications.
• Anticipate needs, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
