Title : Solution Architect (Conversational AI)

Duration : 12+ months

Location : Chicago, IL (Willis) - 2 days onsite per week

Rate : $70 / hr. on c2c (Must have own Corp)

Must Have :

  • Must have worked on at least one Conversational AI chatbot project
  • GenAI experience

Job Description

Solution Architect

  • Conversational AI / NLP Implementation :

    • Hands-on experience with NLP / NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)

  • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
  • Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Cloud Architecture :

    • Strong preference for AWS expertise-especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB

  • Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
  • Integration & DevOps :

    • Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services

    Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
