Director Of Quality Initiatives & Resources - Full Time

In depth and current knowledge of Healthcare Risk and Quality Management / Performance Improvement standards and regulations including Medicare Conditions of Participation / Hospital and Healthcare Accreditation standards, Pennsylvania-specific Department of Health standards. Working knowledge of statistical methods. Data and information management skills necessary to permit accurate analysis and problem solving. Interpersonal and human resource skills necessary to lead and work effectively with others and relate with diverse internal and external customers. Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to maximize productivity and meet deadlines. Ability to perform multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and adapt to frequent changes in priority without demonstrating signs of distress.

Qualifications : Required :

• Education : A master's degree in nursing or other healthcare related field.
• Experience : Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in healthcare including three (3) years of managerial / leadership responsibilities.
• Licensure / Certification :
• Pennsylvania licensure as appropriate
• Certification in Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) desirable
