We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineering Manager for our flagship facility in Moncure, NC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role involves overseeing the design and specifications of plant facilities, controls, and equipment to ensure efficient operations that prioritize safety, quality, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities :

• Reinforce safety and environmental standards for all employees
• Manage plant assets, budget, and maintenance expenses
• Act as project manager for capital projects
• Collaborate with customers and vendors for project success
• Supervise maintenance department resources
• Analyze maintenance processes for efficiency improvements
• Provide technical advice and engineering support
• Enhance manufacturing controls and automation
