What is the job?

Just like a great director ensures every scene feels part of the same story, our Design Systems Leader will create and evolve Regal Cineworld’s design language system nearly from scratch. You’ll be the one ensuring every touchpoint—from our mobile apps to kiosks—looks, feels, and performs like part of the same blockbuster universe.

What will you be doing?

• You’ll build and scale Regal Cineworld’s design language system, developing foundational patterns and reusable components.
• You’ll partner closely with engineering to ensure seamless, consistent implementation across platforms.
• You’ll audit our existing digital experiences, identifying opportunities to bring design parity and polish.
• You’ll translate our brand and service principles into flexible design assets that support business growth.
• You’ll mentor designers, champion adoption, and help embed system thinking across teams.
