Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Install and repair scientific instrumentation manufactured by Luminex Corporation at customer locations within a multi-state geographic region.
• Manage an expense account, service tools and spare parts inventories.
• Interface daily with internal and external customers.
• Submit written reports and utilize the CRM system to capture full documentation of all calls and codes for accurate history of reporting trends and corrective actions.
• Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and company policies and procedures.
• Compliance with field service technical standards is required.

Meeting departmental expectations regarding : response time, PM completion rates, service callbacks, and customer satisfaction survey results. Service is provided Monday through Friday, typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with occasional extended workdays. Other duties as assigned.
