A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Ambetter product, focusing on medical expense cost, quality, and member experience
Analyze medical care cost and utilization data to inform and deliver healthcare initiatives
Develop and implement quality improvement and chronic condition management programs to enhance healthcare outcomes
Required Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy, board certified in a recognized specialty
Master's Degree in business administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
7+ years of relevant experience required
Previous experience as a Medical Director preferred
Current state medical license without restrictions
