KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute strategies as related to business development and marketing alongside key stakeholders
• Research, develop and manage on-point visibility opportunities (client engagement, sponsorship opportunities and seminars)
• Maintain data in the Firm’s CRM database
• Produce client-facing proposal materials, responses to RFPs and client presentations
• Conduct online and database research
• Prepare intelligence reports on clients, qualified prospects, competitors and industries of interest
• Develop clear and concise messaging and content for pitches, attorney resumes, survey submissions and directory submissions
• Collaborate and work closely with the Global Business Development team
• Promote firm brand internally and externally through intranet site and external social media initiatives

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with CRM / database software, such as : InterAction, Salesforce, ContentPilot, etc.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Excellent client service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
