Currently seeking a Payroll, Senior Manager for a rapidly growing company's Newark, DE location.

The Payroll, Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions for 3,000 multi-state employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all payroll processing and garnishments are in compliance with regulations
• Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit plans issues
• Maintaining internal control system in compliance with SOX
• Training, mentoring, and managing staff
• Maximizing payroll processes and procedures effectiveness in coordination with other internal departments
• Posting and reconciling general ledger payroll accounts

Qualifications

Salary : To $180k + bonus

Employment Type : direct hire

Salary and benefits will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
