Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure aging is up to date

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger and generate invoices

Monitor customer accounts for irregularities and handle inquiries regarding bills or payments

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED is required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role is required

Excel experience is highly required

AS400 experience is a plus but not required
