- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and provide clear, effective support.
- Assist with W2-related matters, including distribution and troubleshooting.
- Transfer calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication within the payroll department.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.
- Utilize tools such Microsoft Excel to manage payroll data effectively.
- Monitor payroll systems and troubleshoot any issues to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Support the payroll team with administrative duties as needed.
- A minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
- Proficiency in payroll systems.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience handling W2 documentation and resolving related issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address payroll inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
