Business Systems Analyst II

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Business Systems Analyst II to support and improve our core business systems, particularly IFS ERP and Salesforce. This role will analyze business operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes through better use of systems, with a focus on Configure-Quote-Order (CQO) processes, CRM workflows, and reporting. The Business Systems Analyst II will serve as a bridge between functional teams and technology solutions and will act as a Project Manager for projects within our ecosystem. This position is onsite at our Birmingham, Alabama office location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Information Technology Team with a focus on ERP (IFS) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Analyze and document business processes across departments, focusing on sales, operations, and service functions.
• Recommend process improvements and technical solutions that enhance business efficiency.
• Assist with configuration and ongoing maintenance of IFS and Salesforce platforms.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders on system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and validation of changes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Support end users through documentation, training, and troubleshooting.
