🧭 Position Summary : National Safety Specialist – Child & Program Safety

The National Safety Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the safety, security, and compliance efforts across Compass Connections programs nationwide. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented safety professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to child welfare. The Specialist works closely with regional teams and the National Safety Officer to implement safety protocols, conduct audits, and promote trauma-informed practices that protect both staff and youth.

• Department : PRHS
• Salary : $69,222.00 / Salaried role. Bi-Weekly Pay
• Location : 729 Washington Avenue
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
• Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (flexibility required)
• Language Requirement : Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Travel : Hybrid with travel to program sites. Must commute to the nearest HUB office weekly
