Key Responsibilities
Code and post accounts payable transactions accurately to the general ledger
Complete monthly and year-end accounting procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting
Support external audit and tax return preparation
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Accounts payable / general ledger expertise
Journal entries and reconciliation experience
Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
