As a Commercial Painting Estimator, you will have the rewarding task of working directly with our valued customers, providing detailed estimates for their commercial painting needs. Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering the highest quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-person meetings with customers to perform estimates and gather project requirements
• Prepare comprehensive, accurately written proposals for the commercial sales team
• Capture and include photographs of challenging production situations or customer service concerns during the estimation process
• Measure commercial buildings for painting services, primarily repaints with some new construction projects
• Schedule customer inquiries for estimates and ensure prompt follow-up
• Effectively communicate the scope of work and customer requirements to the production staff upon securing the job
• Personally hand off landed jobs to the Job Site Supervisor, reviewing the Certainty Pledge
• Promptly address and resolve customer complaints
