Travel Guard is a leading provider of Travel Insurance globally, empowering employees to deliver top-notch customer care and solutions to clients worldwide.

The Resource Pool Department is a multi-functional team of cross-trained employees who assist and support the various service and assistance centers at Travel Guard. The Resource Pool Specialist acts as an in-house staffing resource, understanding day-to-day customer service roles and remaining flexible to meet changing demands based on world events. This position offers opportunities for continual growth and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of several work streams across departments.
• Create a positive experience over the phone for all clientele requesting services and assistance.
• Multitask across work streams to move work forward (call handling, email, etc.).
• Navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls.
• Provide creative and critical thinking to offer out-of-the-box solutions where necessary.
• Document and capture content of phone calls in case management / policy systems with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborate with leadership to fine-tune skillsets and apply feedback to meet role expectations.
