Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Collectors to address inquiries and issues
Provide exemplary service through various communication channels
Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors

General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
Experience with customer interactions via web message, voice, and email
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
