Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a temporary Documents Coordinator to support their team in a fast-paced environment in Richmond, VA!

About the Job :

• Prepare delivery packages of final loan documents in compliance with lender requirements.
• Print, photocopy, scan, and prepare PDF packages within tight deadlines.
• Upload closing documents to internal and external systems.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, fostering a collaborative and service-focused environment.
• Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
