Our Attorneys serve as Mediators, Parenting Coordinators, and Guardian Ad Litems.

Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in family law matters.
Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice tailored to each client's unique situation.
Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Manage a caseload of cases from inception to resolution.
Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to achieve their legal goals.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Utilization of case management software.
Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm's overall strategy and growth.
Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex legal issues.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
