Product Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong product manager to oversee the testing, documentation, and deployment readiness of new products within our portfolio. This role bridges engineering, operations, and field installation teams to ensure every product released is tested, documented, and repeatable at scale.

The product manager will own the process of validating new products through structured testing, documenting approved configurations and SKUs, and developing best practices for installation and system setup. This role ensures our solutions meet both internal standards and customer expectations while enabling scalability across large deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Testing & Validation

• Develop and execute structured test plans for new hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
• Manage pilot programs and coordinate lab testing, field testing, and iSOC validation.
• Capture and analyze test results to recommend design changes, improvements, or go / no-go decisions.
• Serve as the point of accountability for final product validation prior to general availability.
