We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value. This role requires strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from ideation through sunset—with full accountability for P&L performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and refine product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Product Lifecycle Management :
- Ideation & Validation : Identify opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Development & Launch : Define requirements, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional execution for successful releases.
- Growth & Optimization : Monitor performance, iterate based on data, and drive adoption and engagement.
- Maturity & Sunset : Evaluate long-term viability, manage phase-out plans, and ensure smooth transitions.
- P&L Ownership : Manage product-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Customer-Centric Innovation : Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Roadmap Development : Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs and product metrics to assess performance and inform future decisions.
- Go-to-Market Execution : Lead product launches and ensure alignment across all stakeholders for successful market entry.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally with P&L responsibility
- understanding of product and market lifecycle stages and how to manage them effectively
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Qualifications :
