Pay Rate : $24.00-$26.00 an hour DOE

Schedule : Full-time | MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Property Administrator to join a commercial real estate team in Plano, TX . This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a three-building commercial office portfolio . The ideal candidate will bring excellent administrative skills, a basic understanding of accounting, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct incoming calls; greet tenants and visitors professionally
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Create and assign work orders from phone and email requests
• Maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files
• Serve as liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support tenant relations and escalate concerns as needed
• Assist with move-ins / move-outs, lease documentation, and signage coordination
• Help prepare annual budgets and assist with variance reporting
• Order and monitor office supplies within budget
