Role Overview : We seek a UX Design Senior Manager to lead a team of designers in creating seamless, personalized customer journeys across digital and in-store touchpoints. This role involves owning the conversion funnel, removing friction, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with Omni Operations leaders to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and brand elevation.
Responsibilities include :
- Align UX initiatives with business goals to improve growth, revenue, and conversion.
- Drive conversion-focused design : remove obstacles, run A / B tests, lead UX reviews.
- Partner with leadership to define UX priorities supporting strategic growth.
- Ensure a seamless experience across channels to build loyalty.
- Develop UX best practices and guidelines aligned with KPIs.
- Mentor teams, influence product, tech, and ops through UX strategies.
- Utilize Voice of Customer data for UX enhancements.
- Apply human-centered design to simplify and enrich the tire-buying journey.
- Own end-to-end journey design considering customer and employee perspectives.
- Test innovative ideas proactively.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to optimize conversion and ROI.
- Apply CRO principles to improve digital conversions.
- Support team growth through sharing UX trends and strategies.
- Identify experience issues, define objectives, and propose UX improvements.
- Ensure UX aligns with cross-channel requirements.
- Translate UX needs into measurable, testable requirements.
- Act as SME on web features, maintain business rules.
- Partner with development teams through SDLC.
- Manage UX delivery schedules and dependencies.
Qualifications :
10+ years in UX leadership roles, such as UX Manager or Head of Digital Experience.Proven impact on business outcomes—conversion, revenue, satisfaction.7+ years managing end-to-end UX for omnichannel products.Strong CRO knowledge and ability to embed UX into conversion funnels.Experience leading cross-functional teams through multiple design cycles.Expertise in human-centered design, Design Thinking, VOC research.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD.Robust portfolio demonstrating UX impact.3+ years leading UX / Product Design teams with mentorship skills.Experience working with growth marketing (SEO, paid, email).Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.Strong analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and user behavior.Ability to lead design reviews and influence stakeholders.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus.Innovative, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
