Role Summary
We're looking for an extremely organized, high-caliber, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer. This role focuses on executive support – managing the CPO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, planning Product Leadership Team off‑sites, and assisting Senior Product Leaders with light administrative tasks.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities, you will report to our Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations to provide operational support to the Product organization, such as managing procurement renewals, maintaining a backlog of weekly newsletter topics, supporting department meetings, and assisting the Product Operations team with ad‑hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player who thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments, takes pride in supporting others, and brings clarity to complexity. This role is onsite in Chicago as much as possible.
What You'll Do
Chief Product Officer – Executive Support (70%)
- Own the CPO’s calendar : schedule, coordinate across time zones, resolve conflicts, and use discretion on prioritization.
- Coordinate domestic & international travel : accommodations, itineraries, timely expense submissions for the CPO and Senior Product Leaders.
- Manage logistics for hybrid and in‑person meetings (book rooms, tech setup, participant alignment, catering coordination, etc.).
- Support preparation for meetings, briefings, or speaking engagements as needed.
Product Department – Operational Support (30%)
Manage quarterly off‑site logistics and key in‑person gatherings for the Product team.Provide light administrative assistance (e.g., travel booking) to Senior Product Leaders.Support Product Contract Owners during procurement.Help prepare the Product Team for Relativity Fest Conferences.Manage weekly newsletter operations.Assist with product launch process administration (SLA compliance, product release artifact management, internal release meetings).Triage inbound internal tickets for product team support / questions as needed.Your Work Style & Expectations

Required
3–5+ years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication.Discretion, maturity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.Comfort using tools such as Slack, Teams, Zoom, AmTrav, Ramp, Notion, Microsoft Product Suite (PowerPoint, Copilot, etc.).Preferred
Experience in a tech or fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.Experience working with Executive Leaders.Familiarity with operations or coordination roles in Product, Program, or Business Ops.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Located in Chicagoland area to commute to the office 2x week for event logistics.What We Offer

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is $82,000 to $124,000. The final offered salary will be based on factors such as depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
