• Work closely with Salespersons and Customers to negotiate and close vehicle purchases.
• Conducts daily "one-on-one" meetings with Salespersons.
• Manage or participate in Sales meetings.
• Attend weekly Management meetings.
• Review inventory, CSI, and other weekly data.
• Maintain an understanding regarding Internet pricing.
• Price vehicles to competitive standards set by the General Manager.
• Working directly with the General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and lease promotions.
• Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications Two (2) years of Automotive Dealership Sales or General Floor Management experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to apply basic math calculations to transactions and deals.
