Human Resources Manager onsite manufacturing

On-site, enthusiastic, professional HR Manager to join our executive team at manufacturing plant in Braintree, MA. If you enjoy a multi-cultural work force, 2 shifts, and handling all things HRfrom recruiting and onboarding to benefits, payroll, and employee relations consider this role. Must live within 35 min daily commuting distance from consumer products manufacturing setting.

What Youll Do :

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
• Drive employee engagement and team-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Coach and support employees and leaders to solve issues and boost performance.
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in HR or related field.

4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.

Proven HR management expertise; SHRM certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, employee relations, and compliance.

Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus), and payroll processing.
