A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II to support its Compliance Program by overseeing high-risk areas and ensuring effective compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide analysis, training, and support for compliance requirements and implementation

Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and manage corrective action plans

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and attend regulatory meetings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of three years of compliance and / or regulatory experience, including one year in Government Program products

Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs and compliance standards

Advanced data analysis skills and knowledge of audit functions

Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
