Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Miami Lakes, FL office.
Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of personal injury experience and be an active member of the Florida Bar.

Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, focusing on pre-litigation matters
- Interview and evaluate potential clients and witnesses
- Oversee case strategy and settlement negotiations
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements
- Prepare clients for statements and depositions
- Collaborate with case teams to ensure smooth and efficient file management
- Maintain strong client communication and uphold high standards of service
- Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen legal expertise
Qualifications
