CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all aspects of the Accounting Department, including financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to leadership

Supervise and develop accounting staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial strategy

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in public and / or private accounting

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance

CPA license required

Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial analysis

Exposure to M&A processes is strongly preferred
